I own a 97 Chevy Camaro and I am having problems with the electric windows. The passenger side window goes down at a slow rate and the driver side window goes down really slow and stops after 4 inches. But it will go up at it's normal speed. If I press the window down button after it has stopped going down the 4 inches, I hear a clicking sound under the dash. I have already replaced the motor in the drivers door three months ago and it was working fine until now. Any help?

I would say look at either the wiring or at the track. What sounds like is happening is that the motor is trying to hard to roll the window down. How power windows work is it will basically shut off the switch once there is a certain amount of resistance through the motor. You should check and make sure that nothing in the track is causing interference or that none of your wiring is corroded.
