OK let me start by saying I have searched for several days but I have not been able to get a clear answer to my questions. I have an 06 Tahoe and would like to install a Whelen system for emergency use. Since I am an amateur when it comes to electronics I'm looking for as close to plug and play as I can find.
Here is what I would like to do:
Front-Grill 6-8 Whelen LINZ6
Front-Headlights Whelen Strobe Kit S660CCCC 60 Watt Hideaway (1 in each headlight)
Rear-2 Whelen Slim Lighter TIR6 LED Dash Deck Light
Rear Lights-Whelen Strobe Kit S660CCCC 60 Watt Hideaway (1 in each taillight)
Powered by Whelen 295SLSA6 Police Siren and Light Controller
Speaker- Whelen SA315P Siren Speaker
I want to hook up all the led's in the front to one switch on the controller and all the rear lights to another switch on the controller.
It seems easy enough to wire the controller (hot from battery with inline 30a fuse to controller inside the truck and ground of course) up but my question is how many of these LED's can I hook up to one terminal for all the front lights to flash? Is there a special harness to connect all 10 of the front lights together and then to the terminal on the controller and the same for the rear? There do have built in flashers so it is pretty much plug and play right?
I'm no electrician so please forgive me if the answer to obvious to most of you, I just don't want to overload and end up melting a wire or causing a fire...
Also if someone has a better suggestion of lights or equipment to use, I know Whelen is one of the best but if there are some good quality LED's I can use instead I'm open to suggestions.

Ok I have decided to go with the whelen tir3 instead of the Linz6, probably does not make a difference but I just wanted to add this in.
