I INSTALL ALL LED'S IN MY MOTORCYCLE BUT NOW THE TURN SIGNALS BLINK TOO FAST,HOW CAN I SLOW IT DOWN?

You need to connect a dummy load (it's just a resistor) across the LED lamp.

I went to the site but you have to be a dealer to buy there,do you know what size resistor to use?

Sorry, I don't. Another solution would be to change the flasher. If you are using a thermal flasher change it to an electronic flasher/blinker unit which is commonly available at your local auto parts store.
