Hi, would like to hook up the heated seats on a 2011 Ford Edge to the R/S aux output.
Does anyone have experience with this vehicle (or possible the Lincoln MKX)?
DEI lists the heated seat connection as "MS CAN" so I guess I won't be able to tap into the switch (it's built into the HVAC control unit).
The switch (button rather) has a high, low, off function.
Should I tap into the wires under the seat or would it be more ideal to find the heated seat relay? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone out there with any info? How about general tips for triggering heated seats (not necessarily specific to this vehicle).
Perhaps someone has access to Ford's wiring diagrams? I haven't been able to find anything for this vehicle.
Hoping to work on it this weekend.

I read through over 10 pages of search results. Most of it was related to tapping into the switch, something I won't be able to do because the buttons are a part of the HVAC control and send a digital signal.
I will leave the heated seats for now, until I find a wiring diagram for the seat heaters.
