I currently have a 4 awg ran from my battery to the trunk.  I am installin two amps  Fosgate 851s and 851x.  Both require 4 awg input.  I am using a dist block with the 4 in.....  is it okay to have then two 4 outs with that?

I am also putting two 60amps in the dist block for each amp.  What fuse should I put at the battery?  60 also?

With 2 amps both requiring 4awg input, I'd suggest either running two 4awg from the battery to the amps, or one 2awg from the battery to the distro block. If you don't then both amps will be starving for power (it would be like running 8awg to each amp if you run one 4awg from the battery then split it into two more 4awg lines).
I'd recommend 80amp fuses at the distro block. If you run 4awg from the battery then use an 80amp inline fuse. If you run 2awg from the battery then I'd suggest either an 80 or 100 amp inline fuse.

You will need to run at least a 2 gauge from the battery to the distro. The main fuse at the battery should be 135 amps (you will need a 140 ANL fuse). The fuses in the distro should be 70 amps for the 851x and 65 amps for the 851s..
