I've got a remote starter that I took the case apart to inspect the antenna wire and noticed that it has a LM2904 chip and what looks like a dial that I assume I can adjust power levels of the receiver in the remote starter? Maybe someone could clarify?
It is a 265B unit. Remote starter power amplifier? - Last Post -- posted image.

Howie is correct. It's to adjust frequency.
