You will only use one of the alarm's door trigger inputs, either positive or negative, not both. In your case you'll use the negative door trigger input of the alarm.
As far as the door lock motor lead, you'll need to use your meter to test/find it. Even if you find the same color wires listed, you should always verify them with your meter before making any connections. You have 5 wire type door locks, so you'll need to use relays if your alarm does not have build in relays with leads for 30, 87, and 87a.

That truck might Type C locks.
Go to the download/manuals section listed at the top of the page. Find a PDF file DF 1041. In it is an explanation of how to find and test for Type C Locks and how to wire it up. You will need a couple of relays for this.
It is listed in the Scytec 777a manual as Reverse Polarity.
ok, i got the set of relay the previous owner left from his alarm system build
What does "reverse polarity" mean?

A door lock actuator has two wires. During lock, the first wire will be negative and the second wire will be positive. During unlock, the first wire will be positive and the second wire will be negative. Reversing polarity changes the direction of travel of the actuator.

If you have the install guide/manual for your scytec, an example of lock systems is listed on page 20.
Page 6 of the DF1041 list how to find and test for Type C locks.
When all else fails, Read the Instructions
