TLDR: Looking for a solution that will switch on a USB powered Christmas light string at a certain time.
Additional words...;
Going car camping where there's no power or cell service. I will have some battery power (bluetti or such) and solar charging. I would like to have some lighting strings that will power up around dusk to make it easier to find my campsite after Dark.
The simple solution would be to leave the lights on or use a 120 volt timer to switch on a USB adapter to power the lights, but either way would draw power all day. I plan on being away from my campsite for most of the daylight hours.
If I could find some type of gadget that plugs into USB that will switch a USB circuit on at a certain time, it would be ideal. There are similar gadgets that will turn off at a certain time.
If USB is not doable, maybe 12 volts?
Thank you
