This is what it says

Ac-input:               VOLTAGE                   Current

                               115/230v                     8A / 4A
MAX dc:                 +3.3V/+5V                 +12v/-12V/-5v
output:                   20a    /30a                  10A/0.8A/0.5A
combined power:160w                           120W/9.6W/2.5W

Sounds like it does to me... Hmm I dunno wtf could be wrong

Anything I can do just to see if this peice of sh*t ps works, by testing it on something else...? That doesn't use ground, let me know

Use a volt meter and see what the actual voltage output is.  Those are just the specs.

Of course it will not work. U need to short both the "remote power (pin 14)" and "ground (pin 13)" together.

For motherboard in our pc there's a remote sensing that can on/off the ps. But not in our hu.

Hope this help u. I have done this a lot in machines for testing purpose in a manufacturing plant

Trust me.

Just to add a little Pin 14(power supply remote on/off) is green color and ground black color.

You can use either one ground pin 13 or pin15.
