Is it possible to use 1 remote to control two different alarms/startes if they are both DEI Viper?  One car has a 550ESP and the other one will be 560VX.  I believe the remote frequency is 434 on both alarms.

yes it is, but good luck just trying to unlock one when they are close together, or you can have them at seperate buttons.

Daniel2002p,

How do you program the remote for this?

Download the install guides and look for remote programming.

The easiest way to do it is to program the alarms for single button arm disarm. That way the lock button on your remote will always control one car, and the unlock will control the other.
I'm able to control 7 functions on 2 cars (arm/disarm, remote start, windows, and trunk pop) and a garage door receiver on a single 4 button remote. I just have to remember which button combination controls what.
