what is the best way to hide the apm wires when installing 2 amp on the 2nd seat of a 2000 expedition.

I would say either build a small amp rack rack so that you can run wires under it, or see if you can run the wires under the material of the seat back.  They are most likely foam backed seats with supports running through them.you could run wire loom from the bottom of the seat to a discrete place until you get under the flooring also. Just my 2 cents.
