2004 tacoma trailer wiring

A little late, but i checked with my parts manager, cost is 24$, the most they charge for it is 36$, but to most people they just sell it at or near cost anyway to keep customers happy.

ok guys kinda the same problem here, i got a harness put on and got a new trailer and when i plug the trailer into my truck i have turn signals and running light on the trailer but when i hit the brakes i blow 2 fuses and my truck locks in park any ideas? I was told that toyota has reverse polarity and the trailer is right but my harness was hooked up wrong.......open for any ideas at all!

I hookes my trailer up to a gmc and it all worked fine, i have a 4 point plug harness.

something isn't hooked up right... if you are blowing fuses theres a short somewhere. the trailer is new, so i'd double check that you have the correct harness and that it is installed correctly.
