Quick question for everyone out there, I have the deh-7600mp in my chevy silverado and have heard in the past that there is a way to change the displays and colors of the displays that pioneer doesn't advertise (I would really like to get rid of the switch to black on blue that occurs about every 60 seconds or so) and I have also seen posted on this site that there is a way to D/L new displays. Can anyone help me out with either of these questions?

Thanks

I had one of those units back in the day...from what I know there is no way to change the colors. I don't think you can download images on there I think sony, panasonic, and a few others have that ability.

Yes, you can change the colors so it stops doing that. With your car key set to "ACC" or "ON" and the Pioneer turned off.....push the 5 button. Simple as that.
