I didn't even think of that (which is odd because I prefer to make things myself) But if you have any fiberglass experiance it would be a fairly easy project. I would be quite time consuming, but shouldn't be too difficult.

I've decided to go with a sealed downfire box behind the seats. As much as I would like to do the quarter topper the bed receives too much abuse and the fiberglass would be scratched and cracked in a week (I cut and haul trees on the weekends) Thanks for all the replies!
