i was wondering what kind of paint can i use to pain fb or plastic. for example interior of my car. do i need to use clear coat on top of paint also?

Its all up too you man, what you want they make textured paint to give you that OEM look, they make plastic paint, or you can just use good old automotive paint. If you want clear coat you can use it if you dont want it you dont have too. It should give you a better protection against chipping though. Im no expert at this though, so might want to wait on someelses reply.
