Do these thing really work? i dont need to to pick up far away stations, just ones that come and go, soem days it clear and others it comes and goes. also staion is clear at night, to much interface in the day. Teh radio is fine it an elcipise 5454, 5435.

it usually works good for fm stations i used o stick it in for people who had no antenna run and it would pick up local stations pretty good
