Is this because of my crossovers? When i turn the volume 'down' the tweeters come back on.

Should I change the capacitors voltage? Or?

Thanks in advance.

Some components have built in tweeter protection.  You might be turning it up too high and the protection is doing it's job.

Your amp is a 5-channel amp.  It is designed to power four speakers (2 pair) plus a mono subwoofer.  Are you sure it's the tweeters cutting out and not the entire channel?  What make/model are the speakers that are cutting out?  Are the crossovers designed for the speakers or did you mix and match?
