I have a viper 791, with a 530T powering the front two windows. Everything works great, until, my drivers side window stops rolling up. The passenger side goes up and down with the remote and with the switch, the drivers will only go down with the remote or the switch, neither will put it back up, i unhooked the 530t, and the switch worked fine, hooked it back up, same problem, i checked all connections and fuses, and no problems.

sounds like your resistance setting is too low, have you adjusted the dipswitches?
Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop and look around once in a while; you could miss it.

try unhooking the passenger window, and see if the driver's window will go up on it's own.  If so then like Hornshockey said, check the dip switches and turn up the resistance, if not try flipping the wires for driver's and passengers side to make sure your 530t isn't defective.
