I put a slit/hole in my boston acoustics SL60 comp. woofer today. When I took off the door panel I placed it on the seat and it slid down and one of the corners went right into the woofer. It made a perfect slit from a corner down to the VC, I am pretty sure it didnt damage anything but the cone. Should I order a replacement from Boston or have it reconed? Im not sure how much either one would cost.

that's a simple afro-tech repair - Just a little fiberglass should do the trick.

just lay a little fiberglass over it, depending on how bad it is.  It should hold up for a while.
