I have installed a remote start on this car , is there an easy way to keep the horn from blowing when the remote is used with the doors locked ? Like maybe just cut a wire some where. I don't understand the alarm bypass hookup with remotes

Whats happening is the factory security system is "seeing" the remote start and is going off.  To beat this, program your unit to:

on remote start, you get an unlock pulse (or an alarm disarm trigger on the unlock wire)...pause, then remote start, and a lock pulse (or alarm re-arm trigger on the lock wire).  This in effect will unlock the doors (turning off the security system), start the car, then relock the doors.

Also program it to relock the doors after time-out shutdown.  Most new GM's will automatically unlock the doors when the vehicle is turned off....you need to relock them.

have fun!

If you do not want to disable the OEM alarm system there is a OEM alarm disarm wire that needs to see ground prior to remote start. It's an ORANGE / black wire in the drivers kick panel. You should have an OEM alarm disarm wire from the remote start unit to attach to this wire. Your problems will be solved then.
