I have a Prestige APS-15KB car alarm waiting to be put in my 1993 saturn sc1. Has anyone else put an alam in a saturn, if so how hard is it to do? What would be the best way to wire it voltage sense or hardwire, what about passive or active arming? I want to wire it where I don't need a pin switch in my trunk, if this is possible what wires are used?  What wire do I use for the alarm to sense a door being opepend? Also what wires are used for the starter kill, what color and where are they located? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I looked at the diagram for my car. Is the door trigger listed on the diagram here the same thing as the factory door switch? Anymoe help would be appreciated, I need as much help as I can get.

the door trigger is in the center console.  pull out the cup holders and there will be a harness in there.  the door trigger wire is white. ( - )
