)Anyways, I'm not familiar with the 99 E150 , is that the cargo/conventional vans that courior services use ? Most power antenna motors that we sell are about $ 30.00 USD and there are just 3 wires to hook up ( power, ground and remote turn on ). For the installation part of it, find where the factory power antenna would go and check to see if there is a plug there or not. If no factory hole is there you will need to drill a new hole to install the aftermarket power antenna. AFter you get the hole drilled out, then the rest is easy, just connect the wires to the appropriate places and your done.
