2002 expedition cd changer cross referenc

Can the factory CD Changer in a 2002 Expedition be hooked up directly to an aftermarket deck?  At one time I had 92 Honda Accord that you could hook up a alpine cd changer to, but did not know if the reverse was true with the Expedition.

No, theres no adaptor cable I am aware of the would retain the changer.
