I'm installing 2 530T for front two windows and a 529T for sunroof.
When wiring up the ORANGE ground-when-armed wire, do I need to diode isolate it since I have 3 wires going to the single ground-when-armed output of the alarm?

yes its would be best if you diode isolated them. Your ground when armed will only give out 250mA to power a relay. If you are powering a startker kill relay and 2 window modules, your kinda pushing the limit of the output. YOu might want to wire in a relay just to play it safe and still diode isolate them.

The g-w-a wire is a (-)500mA output. It'll be connect to 3 window modules. Should I still use a relay?

Uhm, why are you using two 530Ts for two windows only? A single 530T controls two windows in both directions.

Typo. I'm using 2 530Ts for the front 4 windows. :)

So, is this how I would hook up the relay?
86 ---- (+) constant 12v
85 ---- (-) ORANGE 500mA output from alarm
87 ---- (-) common ground to truck
30 ---- (-) 3 ORANGE wires from each module
So when the alarm sends out the (-) output to terminal 85, this energizes the coil, causing terminals 87 and 30 to close which will then ground all 3 ORANGE wires from the 3 modules to b grounded to the truck.
Correct?

correct. just make sure you diode isolate the 3 wires going to terminal 30. you can also play it safe and place a diode across terminal 85 and 86. cathode (band) on 86.

When isolating the 3 wires going to terminal 30, I would put the cathode on terminal 30 so that no (-) signal from one of the modules would go back and be picked up by any of the other modules, correct?

Do not use a relay.  Use the diodes if you want to be safe.

If you use a relay, you will now have a relay latched while your alarm is armed. Some people will argue about the effects of this kind of drain, but  I personally have drained a battery in 24 hours with a latched relay.
