I just installed a autopage 602 and a XK05 with firmware PKN3 on my wifes new 07 Quest. i first had a little trouble understanding because i could not find a bcm plug that matched the diagram on the bypasskit instructions. i cut  the security light wire on the back of the instrument cluster and wired the pink/white wire from bypass to the light side of security light. the pink wire from bypass to the other side of the security light. i then wired the violet/white wire to the pink wire on the OBDII port, and the violet wire from bypass to the blue wire on the OBDII or vise versus, i cant remember. anyway now the check engine light is on and i dont know why. any advice is greatly appreciated. sorry for the long post, im trying to explain the best i can.

In most cases, the can style bypasses will suggest that you get the can hi, and lo from behind the cluster were you got the secuity light. This could be part of your issue?

You might try your connection there...
