Alright i got 2 dvc 2 ohm subs i wired them just like option 2 on this graph so i can get a 2ohm load

and my DMM is reading 1ohm did i do something wrong?

Yes. You are only connected to TWO VOICE COILS, and those are in parallel!
The jumpers you have on the right side of each woofer are shorting the second voice coil, they are not in the circuit.
Those jumpers? They are where the 2OHMS is in the diagrams... Try it again! sub wiring, did i do something wrong? - Last Post -- posted image. Turn your woofers 90 degrees, so the terminals are at the top and bottom, it'll look better to you! Then it'll look just like the diagram.

Yeah, really! -Had you not, and your amp didn't have low-impedance protection circuitry......
