does anyone have any idea where i could find the vss in the 08 impala?

color? location?

never mind. i found the correct wire!!! 100% tested and working..

the wire is under the transmission covered by silver tape in the passengers side. the sensor has two wires coming out of it, one purple one yellow. the correct one is the yellow one......

note that the wire is not directly below the trans, it is on the side towards the firewall.
