Well This might not be strictly audio related but Thought I would post anyways.
After being involved with USACI competitions for 3 years it is time for a break. Its a long story, so its best said that I needed to refocus.
I am not leaving audio in general, as I have still been building street setups, and also helping a few with thier competition style setups in the last month or so.
So what does this year hold for me? My true roots, Racing.
So knew about my CRX having a small transplant under the hood, well the car is going all out now.
List of goodies that came in last week.
New Fuel Tank
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Hasport Shift Linkage
Inner and outter Tie rod Ends
Close ratio Steering rack
Lower Ball joints
Adjustable Upper control Arms
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator
Liquid Filled Fuel Pressure Guage
Master Bushing Kit
Front and rear upper Strut bars
SI Lower Front and rear strut bars
Skunk 2 Pro-C Full Body Coilovers
Already done...
LS/Vtec
S1 Trans with custom gearset and OBX LSD
Short Shifter
True K&N cold air kit
Mild Port and Polish on head, with deck milled .020
Cometic 2 layer head gasket
Chipped P28 ECU running Crome as engine management system
Next upgrades...
New Cams, Springs, Retainers
More to come.
The car is getting quicker, by the end of the month I expect to have it handling like a champ, and would like to try to squeeze 200 WHP out of it.    When you working with a 1800 Pound car, its easy to get these things up and moving.

What brake set up are yo going with. Personally I would upgrade to a 5 bolt system from a 1999 Civic Si and get a set of race ready Enjo drive shafts instead of the Hasport ones. This is just my opinion what does 2008 hold? - Last Post -- posted image. Also, don't get the titanium springs and retainers cause they break easier under high compressions.

I've got to laugh, over here we have a kit car manufacturer called Caterham, for years they have been providing and building kitsbase on the old Lotus 11 racing chassis made street legal, lighting heater etc. Their latest venture has a 500bhp mill. 0-60 in about 2 secs if you can shift fast enough, this is great in a country with a blanket 70mph limit and cameras everywhere.
