2000 dodge intrepid vss wire?

i looked at the cruise control wiring over in the dodge wiring info page for my 2000 dodge intrepid SE. it says its a WHITE/ Orange located in the Driver's Front Quarter in a Black 40 Pin Connector Position 66.
what general area is this??? is this like near the powertrain located in the kick panel??? where. im completely lost on this. any help is appreciated.

Well, I have a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser and my VSS wire is the same color in the same location. I had to remove my intake (factory black box), then remove the battery and the battery tray & it was in a plug underneath the battery tray. This was all a little to the left, down, and behind the drivers side headlight.... I will try post pics later...
