And yeah, I remember my multimeter showing a slight voltage on the kick panel light (dome) even when off, so that solves that. Big thanks for pointing that one out.

One more question though, should I be able to measure resistance between the 12v lead on the module and the ground lead even if the unit isnt plugged in? Because I'm not getting a reading at all...

Or the positive lead and any other lead on the unit for that matter...
Normal because of internal relays err...?
