my system wont work due to the fact that my alternator is gone. i found an alternator that is for sound systems only. it has 150a. is that a good alternator to get to power my 3 12's?

if you dont post more about your peticular system people cant answer your question. We dont know anything about your equipment. Not all subwoofers / amps are the same...........

What is powering your 3 12's the alternator of an amp? We need to know the size, make brand model to judge if that alternator is large enough.

Also provide make and model of car, and any other electrical devices that will be running in the car as well
