I have a viper 150esp installed in my explorer.

Recently the park/brake light stopped working consistently when the starter is activated.  The lights work about 50% orf the time.

Is there something I can check on my own before taking it into the shop to have them troubleshoot it?  like wires or relays?

Any help will be appreciated.

Do your parking lights generally come on after you let out your emergency brake?
