Coil energized = relay on  is the terminology I'd use too.  Probably using "relay not on" to mean the fuel pump circuit is not on. 

Wouldn't last two days if the fuel pump was left running, that's for sureremote fuel kill switch - Page 2 -- posted image. -

well i just decided to use a normal toggle switch and hide it. But if or when i get this 180sx that im looking at im going to do a remote start and try to do a fuel kill included into the alarm.
