Its been sitting in my garage for quite some time. My brother left it here before he moved out and I havent been able to contact him since. I would like to know what model it is and how much it is worth since its pretty old I would assume.

The answer to the question of value is "nothing".  That big fat surround is ripped.  Sorry to hear you can't contact your brother.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
