point taken. ok now heres my next question? since a bigger fuse means less protection then the awesome kicker amps should have like no protection with there 3x 30 amp fuses. right?

Sorry about the double post....

But as far as the sub, I would go with the MB Quart PWE 352.

No, because that amplifier is rated to operate safely up to 90 amperes, whereas your amplifier is rated for 70 amperes.

Well, if you wanted 2 you would need to get the 354's not the 352's to be able to wire it at 4 ohms bridged. Having said that there are way too many variables to say which option would produce higher spl, not to mention the difference would be most likely be negligible.

bumpin:
First of all, eBay links are not allowed. It's in the rules you agreed to when you signed up for your account here.
Secondly, for the extra 10 dollars, the Tempest that DYohn linked to you in the FIRST response will beat the ever-lovin'-shiite out of the Quart POS. It'll be WAY cleaner, handle the clipped power you will be driving it with better, and could likely even give it a run for the money in the SPL department, using the same amplifier.
Seriously... The Tempest.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
