I currently have my RCA's in my 2005 Scion xA run down the passenger side, but there is very little extra, and I am changing my whole set up, so that length will no longer do. I was thinking of running them up the center to get a little more length out of them, or just getting some 6m knu konceptz krystal kable, as running my current ones up the center still may not offer enough length.
I guess what I'm really saying is what is the general consensus about running rca up the middle? Is it any worse or any better than down the passenger side? My 0g power wire runs up the driver side, and my front speaker wire on the drivers side of the center console. I figured that I would run the RCA up the passenger side of the center.
Thanks for the help!

Zip-tie EVERYTHING together into one big, freakin' bundle. It won't matter.
We've had discussions on this very board proving that there is no way, with PROPER and CAREFUL install techniques, to get noise in the RCAs, no matter WHERE you run them. The noise is not induced into the cables, it is caused by ground loops. Proper grounding? No way for a ground loop to develop, thus no noise possible.
My wires - POWER AND ALL - run down the passenger side of my Civic - 2 #4 power, the remote, THREE SETS of speaker wires, (the other three run up the driver's side) and my Street Wires RCA cables... I got no noise... rca’s up the center, good or bad? -- posted image.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
