autopage 727, 96 audi a4 quattro, tips?

I got this unit it the other day and plan on putting it in Sunday. The wiring diagram is available here, but does anyone have any tips? Ive never installed a remote start/keyless entry, just audio equipment. Vechile is a 1996 audi a4 quattro.2004 F150 STX 4x4
