I have a Ungo SR6000 car alarm.

I also have a Code Alarm MV-3 Dual Stage Microwave Sensor.

I connected the MV-3 to the shock sensor port and adjusted the unit, but when i arm the alarm I can only get it to triger warn away.

The MV-3 manual dose not say what type of trigger it sends. but it does say it can be used in conjustion with a AS-9495-4p Shoch sensor... if that helps.

Thanks,

Nathan HughesNet

The input on the shock sensor port is a multi-plexed input. Inputs shorter than .8 seconds trigger the warn away, inputs longer than .8 seconds give full trigger.
I took a look at the install manual for the MV-3 and I do not see any way of adjusting the duration of that output. My suggestion would be to leave the MV-3 warn away blue wire connected to the shock sensor port, and connect the MV-3 green trigger wire to the hood input gray wire or the trunk input blue wire on the SR6000 using diodes to prevent feedback. This will report the hood as being opened when the microwave sensor's interior detection is triggered, but it's better than nothing.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
