Theres a screw behind the thing that you slide to manually lock the door, just pry it from the front or back it will pop off, there should also be a screw just under arm rest/handle. And there is a panel that looks like a tear drop that covers where the door handle to get out, that pops out, and there is a triangle panel covering where the screws are for the side view mirror, that pops off at the top, then slides up.
The door should be free now, you just lift it straight up.

Doesn't it also have the 7mm screw on the very bottom of the door panel?  Or am i mistaking the years?  I know some year models don't have them!
