i need an alarm, just an alarm.

the remote start is usualy a add-on feature so you need not worry about that.  on the other hand keyless entry is almost always integrated into an alarm system insltall unless the car is not equiped with power door locks.  the door open sensors are standard as well, hood open sensors most the time are included but sometimes come with a smal charge.  the glass break sensor is almost all ways an add-on feature so you will most likely have to purchace it seperately.   i have worked with  dei, audiobox and computart systerms. any of those should give you the features you desire.
