led dome drop in replacements

This should be an easy answer. So the dome light on my 97 civic 2dr. is dim as love. So I decided to replace it with a blue LED. According to sylvania, I needed a DE3022. So I ordered a set of two on ebay. Here's the problem. my stock bulb looks like this :

Am I going to need to wire this lover in or what?

You obviously got the wrong lamps.
Check here... Their numbers 3021, 3175, DE3175, 6423, 6428, 6430, 6461 are direct plug-in replacements.
They have never failed me yet. :)
Actually, looking at the pic you provided for you OEM bulb, you have a 194, NOT a 3022. The 3022 is a festoon lamp, so you DID get the right thing from eBay.
The company I linked you to only has the 194 in white. Here's the link to the page...
