by default, the starter kill is normally closed and only opens when alarm is triggered while armed. I would like to program it so it is normally open an closes when disarmed (like the clifford's). Does anyone know how i can do this? I have read previous viper alarms have this feature so i figure this new model can too. Thank you.

you want it to be open when the alarm is ON and closed when the alarm is disarmed?

yes. that is correctly. but I want it to also be open when power is disconnected from the alarm brain.
armed = internal relay unpowered. N.O.
disarmed = internal relay powered N.C.
dis connect battery terminal from engine bay = internal relay unpowered N.O.
