Hi all, I installed an autopage rs-1000 in a 2008 scion xD and I have everything pretty much the way I want it. One thing I would like to be able to do, is to turn the ignition to accessory (so my radio is on) without having the key in the ignition. Now, the programmable outputs are only 200mA grounded outputs, which means I probably have to use a relay to connect a solid ground, correct? Now, as to what I have to hook up, please let me know!
Thank you!
Travis

use the aux output connected to a relay -  tag the acc wire AT THE RADIO ONLY. this allows ONLY the radio to turn on and nothing else such as HVAC system or lights.

85 - constant 12v

86 - ground output from autopage 250mA
87 - constant 12v fused @ 15 amps
30 - to radio acc wire

Radio ACC wire is GRAY (+) @ radio harness.

Okay, got the relay.. I don't get why you would put constant 12v into the relay twice, with only one fused.. or is 85 - constant 12v (-) and 87 - constant 12v fused @ 15amps (+)?

Basic relay stuff tmrepp - 87,87a,30 are the switched terminals, 85,86 do the switching. Read all about it on the12volt.com.
