I had a set of the Hex S600's installed for several years in my daily driver and loved them.

Why 15's? Once you damage your hearing you will never ever recover it.

Well currently I'm using the silk tweeters crossed of my amp with the Hex crossovers running my friends Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 mids that I actually sold him a while back. I hadn't finished my door pods and decided to just screw the Hex 600's into the stock location for the night in my subaru and the mounting depth is extremely slim.. about 2 inches.. and I had my car valeted and the valet tried put the window all the way down and it hit the mid and somehow killed the speaker. The next day my friend did the exact same thing to the passenger side as I was telling him not to put it all the way down.
Anyone know the problem? I know they're dead cause the cone is frozen in place. Will not move. No sound. No nothing.
