You can accses the VSS wire For the 2008 Impreza's Under the glove box. There is a white connector and the PINK/GREEN wire is located second from the top on the left hand side of the connector. i tapped it there and works great. it took me days to find it as im sure it takes everyone. i saw it on another website and they confirmed this location to be good.
