Okay guys. i'm down to 2 options for my sub..
12'MB QUART rwe-302 ( all black ones)
or
12' pioneer premier tsw3001
Also is the MB quart PREMIUM MB QUART PWE 302 any good?
I want hard hitting bass with SQ and spl a good mix.

The Quart will DEFINITELY be a better SQ woofer than will be the Pioneer, but the Pioneer will be louder.
If your priority is TRULY sound quality, then I'd say Quart.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

ALL of the senior members would ask you the same thing... He just happened to beat us to the punch.
You would be ABSOLUTELY amazed how fast a properly written, concise post, will be read and responded to.

Indeed...usually I don't pay any mind to threads that have no question nor if they make no sense.
Also what does me being a mod over on CAT have to do anything with your poor grammer??

Welll... I'm not gonna DIRECTLY flame you, but I am going to ask "What the hell...?" You went from two decent woofers, to an absolute turd. Sure, a shiny "flame-y" one, but still a turd. What exactly are you trying to do? As many "mad deebeez" (with credit where it is due, and that person knows...) as your dollar can buy, or do you want anything at all resembling sound quality?
ANYTHING with th PA badge is swap-o-rama gear. It's "craptastic"! down to two subwoofer choices -- posted image.
Forget that Power Crapkoustic stuff... Stick with the Quart for SQ, and the Pioneer for SPL (if given those two products to choose from)
