sebring ground noise

i had the same problem with my 2000 avenger. their are relays that mount at the bottom of radio cutout inside the dash that radate noise AND the antenna wiring both caused problems in my car.( the antenna grounds on the rear fender and at the radio causing a ground loop) after trying grounding everything in 1 place without helping i broke down and used a ground loop isolator and fixed everything except the pop when the dome lights came on and i fixed that with a small diode on the ground wire to the h.u.dragon breath
