hey im new here as of yesterday.....well im 15 and i have a dodge neon with like 210k on it that my dad gave 2 me....i figured since the car's doodie i would use this car 2 teach myself some customization skills and so on so 2day i started out making some kick pods. i did the drivers side first and the whole time i was glassing it i was like damn this is harder than i thought. The first of my problems was that i didnt kno i only had a little over half the resin i needed 2 do it so i let it cure and took it off and it looked like doodie so i just grinded away all the crappy parts of it and re-did it now that i knew how much resin 2 use. 2nd problem: i didnt get enough oil on my gloves so i had strands all over my hands and my strips were sticking 2 the gloves. right now im waiting on both kick pods 2 cure and hopefully theyre fixed. if they turn out alright ill put some pics up and if they dont then ill keep it 2 myslef :P no need 2 embarass myself

you should post pics even if they are a disaster, so that some of those better experience with glass can be more able to give you advice on where you fell short.
