I have successfully managed to INstall foglights on my 2004 highlander by tapping pins 10 & 11 and using a tacoma switch. (currently using factory setup) so the lights only turn on with the low headlights (not the parking or hi lights). Anyone know how I can do it so that the lights turn on with either or the 3 lights(parking, lows, hi's) any help greatly appreciated

I would think I would tap the parking light + to pin 1 on the relay but not 100% sure,

thanks!!

In order to keep everything isolated you will either need 3 relays or 3 diodes.  Assuming your low beam head light is what is going ot the (+) on the relay now you could add the parking light wire, and the high beam wire to the (+) terminal IF you install a diode in line with each wire.

Alternatively, you could install two more relays - wire all the pins, with the exception of the (+), just like the current relay.  Then, add the parking light wire to one relays (+) and the high beam wire to the final relays (+).
