i have never installed an alarm before let alone remote start and windows up/down feature.. is this gonna be something that is extremely difficult? i have the chance to jump on the following at a awesome price and need to know if there is anything else needed
Viper 5701 alarm system.
Directed XK532 Bypass kit for the LX vehicles
Directed 530T window control module, which lets you control your windows, up and down, from your Viper remote
anything else i need?

You'll need a good amount of patience being that it's your first time, as well as decent knowledge of electrical theory and dash disassembly (late model Chrysler products have many multiplex circuits, although the XK532 takes care of several of them). If you don't have all that, it's best you don't attempt this in the first place.
Plan on at least 16 hours working on the car - if that's too much then think about having it professionally installed. It will take you that much time for sure.
Also, the 530T will only do 2 windows up and down - you'd need 2 of them to do the whole car.

have fun with that 5701 may be like a couple of days of work or pay some one and make those days into hours .
